You have to think fast, before they escape from your catch area, and make important decisions fast. When you identify the criminals and you are very close to them, all you have to do is touch them and in an instant it will start the construction of a new prison Lego cell for the villains. It's very important for you to be fast and catch the villains, because the citizens are very scared and are counting on you.
