Mary Lou is a preacher who tells people about the existing of wizards and witches and she own an orphanage where she indoctrinates all the kids by telling them evil witch stories, to scare them and make them hate magic and all that comes with it. One day everything changes when Newt switches cases with Jacob, a no-maj, a lying man who pretends to be a wizard and creates of chaos. When he discovers that the cases are switched is to late as Jacob opens his case and releases a number of creatures, getting hurt in that process. Than he needs to chase all the escaped beasts and saves Jacob from the fatal injuries caused by one of the creatures. Then an amazing adventures starts where they are chasing the beasts, the wizards and witches are unmasked to the world and those who got sick of it, decided to fight and take over , while the good ones fight for the humans and to protect them.
