As you are going to see from the first moment you enter the game, you get to play three levels today in this caring and doctor game and they are all very important , but you shouldn't worry because you are going to get all the instructions you need in order to do a good job. So the first level is when you actually save the coast guard, she gets stuck in some seaweed and you need to do your best to cut the seaweed, but in the same time you have to pay attention so she wouldn;t drown.
