Well then the little girl gets to the hospital, but before that the game Funny Bone Surgery is going to show you that you have three levels to play and of course that in each of the levels you will have a different mission. First of all you need to wash the wound and take care of your friend. Then you of course get to do the surgery, as you can see even from the title this is bone surgery. 

You will have all kind of medical utensils and you have the list of them in the bottom part of the game, you just need to take them all one by one and the game will tell you need to do. The last one of the levels is going to be the casket one. Good luck!
