You can make them kiss if you use your mouse, but that is not all, because the tricky part is that they cannot be seen by anyone, after all they shouldn't be kissing at school. The levels are going to become more and more difficult and you need to pay attention to not be seen, and there is a little mark which is going to help you because it is like a warning. 

When you see the red exclamation points at the teacher or at the students, you need to make the couple stop kissing. The level is won when all of the hearts are filled. Good luck!
