The fish needs water, so you will help and you will get some water at the fish so that this cutie can survive. You will use you mouse to drag the ground to make tunnels and then click on the wheels to make the water start pouring. When it has enough water, the level is cleared but make sure you try digging the tunnels so that the water goes through the stars.
