The left and right arrows are for moving your boat and the up and down arrows are for throwing the net into the water and then you will bring it back to the surface after you catch fish.
 
For each fish that you capture, you will get points in return. There will be a target number of points that you will have to gain in a given time in order to finish a level. Be careful with the trash and other unnecessary things, because if you catch these, your points may get less.
