So you are indeed going to have four levels in this new Hospital Postman Emergency and in each elvel your mission is going to be a different one. The most important mission you are going to have is of course of being his doctor, but you will already have all the medical tools you need and, don't worry, you will of course receive all the instructions you need in order to actually know how to be a good doctor for the postman and how to heal his injuries.
