Santa has problems in this game, he had a very long night, after all getting all the magical gifts to all the kids in the world is a very difficult job and he has all kind of problems all the time because even though he is a magical character and he can do everything, it is a very difficult mission and he is an old man from the North Pole. In the beginning of this Christmas game you can see that while Santa was flying with his magical sledge pulled by the flying reindeer, the cables break and Santa Clause and the sledge fall to the ground and now he is of course in pain and hurt. Luckily, in this game you kids are doctors and your mission is to clearly help out Santa Clause who needs to get healthy in a short time because he, as Santa Clause has a lot of work to do all year long, he has to create all the gifts he will later take to the kids.
