This problem is Huggy Wuggy, a big blue creature with sharp teeth and big hands. Your goal will be to not get in contact with him because he will try to kill you.
 
In this game you will have to use the mouse to move by clicking on the button with the four directions on it. You can move forward, backwards, on the left or right. You can change the position of your character by clicking on the stickman. You can stand up or sit down, because you will have to crouch under things to hide from Huggy Wuggy.
