First of all, you will receive a car, a police car right from the beginning of the game, you can of course visit your garage but if you don't have any money collected, you won't be able to do any upgrades, or of course buy a new car.

Then you will see that there are different ways in which you can play and drive once you start the game with the car you have, you ca of course choose the missions, just park on the sign of the mission and then you will receive all the instructions you need in order to know what you have to do to win that particular mission. Some of them are going to be more difficult than others, but don't give up because you can play again and again as many times as you would like.

Then you can also play freestyle and race or simply drive through the city and explore. You can do drifts for extra points, but be careful because if you hit other cars in the city, you are actually going to lose some points over that. Of course that these points you get to collect you are going to be able to spend them in the garage later. Good luck!
