You will have to place turrets alongside the road that leads to your castle and when the waves of orcs come towards it, they will shoot automatically at them and by defeating the orcs, you get coins in return.
 
With the coins you can buy more turrets or add new ones and even upgrade the ones that you already have, to make them faster. You will always have to think about a strategy to face the orcs and also think quickly because if your castle gets overturned by the orcs and they completely destroy it, your health bar gets empty and you lose.
