If it doesn’t, question them. Their answers might give away their deception. Next, review their entry pass, look for inconsistencies in the ID, name, room number, and the official stamp. Even the smallest error could mean you're dealing with a fake. Afterward, examine their appearance.

To help confirm your suspicions, you can use the in-game phone to call the apartment number provided by the visitor. If the real Labubu answers, you’ve definitely caught an imposter. Another useful tool is the resident folder, where you can compare recorded information with what the visitor is presenting. Matching everything correctly is crucial to making the right call.

At the end of each check, you’ll decide whether to let them in or not. Press the green button to approve entry if you believe the visitor is genuine. Press the red button if you think they’re a fake.
