Eva D'elf After Injury Facial Make up

Eva is a very lovely girl, in fact she is an elf and that means she is working with Santa Clause so whe has a pretty difficult job, of course is very satisfying to bring gifts to all the children in the world on Christmas Eve but it is very difficult too and the elves has to work really hard to prepare for all that, so is no wonder that Eva got injured this time and she is pretty sad about it. You kids have to come and of course take care of Eva who needs your help, so this game has a doctor caring part in it and you have to make sure that Eva heals nicely.
