Then you use it on the stair with the same color as your stickman, to fill it up with the snow and complete the bridge, so that you can advance to the higher platform.
 
So, the goal is to create big snowballs to form the bridges in order to get higher and then cross the finish line first to win. It is good if you have some extra snow left with because when you cross the finish line, that snow will be thrown down the bonus ramp down, so that is why you should have some extra snow in the end, of course only if you want extra points.
