Well you will in fact see that these golden coins are all around the location, you just need to run around and find all the coins, there are a lot of them, but some of them will also be more hidden so you have a lot of coins to find. 

When you will collect at least 100 of them, you can upgrade something about Spiderman, one os his skills, and maybe you will sometimes want to upgrade his speed, or maybe you want him to jump higher, you have all kind of options. Good luck!
