Following a royal decree, the protagonist is summoned to answer for a crime allegedly committed by his father, who stands accused of treason.

In the royal summons, the King, presented as both benevolent and authoritative, offers the protagonist a final opportunity to reclaim the dignity of his family name. Failure to present oneself at the castle would not only dishonor the hero personally but would permanently stain the entire bloodline.
