You play as a curious tourist who traveled to Africa to explore its beauty, only to be captured by local natives and locked inside a prison cage. Refusing to accept your fate, you manage to break the lock, and from that moment on, your daring escape adventure begins.

Each level challenges you to navigate through unfamiliar territory while staying hidden from your captors. Your main objective is to follow the purple markers scattered throughout the map, which guide you toward the exit and help you progress further. While the path may seem straightforward, danger is always nearby, and a single mistake can cost you the entire level.

Stealth is the key to survival. You must carefully plan your movements and avoid being spotted by the natives at all costs. If they see you, the level immediately ends, forcing you to start over. This creates constant tension and keeps you alert, as every step and decision matters when sneaking through hostile areas.

The game also features a competitive edge through its leaderboard system. The main leaderboard tracks how many levels you have successfully completed, rewarding consistent progress and skill. Additionally, each individual level has its own time-based leaderboard, encouraging players to replay stages, improve their routes, and escape faster than others.

With simple and intuitive controls, Escape from Africa is easy to pick up on both PC and mobile devices. On a computer, you move using the W, A, S, and D keys, while on a phone you control your character with a joystick.
