Combat in PlanetCrush 2 is enhanced by a set of active abilities that give players tactical options during intense encounters. Players can use a speed burst to escape dangerous situations, pull enemies closer using gravitational control, or push threats away with shockwave effects. These abilities consume mass or resources, forcing players to carefully manage their strength while making split-second decisions in battle.
The arena is further complicated by dynamic global events that change the flow of each match. Periodic supernovas reduce the mass of all planets, reshaping the leaderboard and preventing any single player from dominating for too long. Additional random events and collectible prism crates introduce variability and reward players who adapt quickly to changing conditions.
Matches are timed, typically lasting around seven minutes, during which players compete for leaderboard dominance. Surviving until the end requires not only growth but also smart positioning, timing, and awareness of other players’ strategies.
